Some Personal/Background Information

Doctor Strange, once know as Stephen Vincent Strange, was a former neurosurgeon. In a car accident, he injures his hands and sets out to find someone who can repair them. On this journey he enoucters the Ancient One. The Ancient One takes him in and trains Doctor Strange,in magic and martial arts and serves as the Sorcerer Supreme on Earth. He is the primary protector of Earth against magical and mystical threats.

Magical Items

Cloak of Levitation
Worn by Doctor Strange, It allows him to levitate and fly. It can has the ability to change shape and shade inline to the wearer's will.
Book of Vishanti
The greatest known source of white magic in Earth. It contains many spells and hold knowledge of the world and people up to the present day. Its counterpart, the Darkhold is the greatest source of black magic. It is possible to destroy single pages of each book, but it will also destroy the counter acting spell in the other, retaining the mystical peace.
Orb of Agamotto
Serves as a scrying crystal ball that provides Doctor Strange with a location and visual of any magic happenings in the world. It can be blocked by very powerful entites and on at least one occasion, it has opened a portal to the realm of Agamotto.

Namor is one of the Socerer's closest friends. The half-human, half-atlantian and ruler of Atlantis. He can fly with super speed, strength and agility and has limited invulernability. They occasionally battle, but the two have a great sense of trust. Namor was possesed by Strange, but then released.
The Avengers and Nick Fury

The Avengers
Doctor Strange occasionally fills in for the avengers and is friends with Hulk and Nick Fury. Hulk, the green machine, is a gamma radiation monster with super strength and power. Nick Fury, leader of S.H.I.E.L.D., is known for his genius intellect, battle strategy, and is considered as threatening as the Hulk. Strange usually leaves anything less than world domination or destruction to the local heros. Strange has helped Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D., their friendship is mutual.
Dormammu

Dormammu in the Dark Dimension
Doctor Strange's main enemy. Dormammu, ruler of the Dark Dimesion, is extremly powerful and seeks to absorb all of dimesions into his own. A entity of composed of mystical energy, he can use his powers to achieve any effect he likes and is most powerful in the Dark Dimesion. They are archemeies and met on the battefield.
